1. Project Classification & Developer Identity

Animal Analytics is an independent, non-incorporated individual developer project founded by independent software engineers. It is not a corporation, commercial firm, partnership, or financial institution.

DualDesk is an independent desktop workspace software utility developed to help individual professionals organize their personal and commercial messaging workflows on Windows computers.

2. Technical Architecture & Client-Side Operation

DualDesk operates 100% on the client side on your local machine:

DualDesk utilizes local Chromium sandboxes that connect directly via TLS encryption to official endpoints (web.whatsapp.com and web.telegram.org).
DualDesk does not operate proxy servers, does not intercept or inspect message contents, and does not route chats through any intermediary cloud infrastructure.
All chat history, encryption keys, cookies, and local database storage reside strictly in your computer's local application data folder.

3. Non-Affiliation & Trademark Disclaimers

WhatsApp is a registered trademark of WhatsApp LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. Telegram is a registered trademark of Telegram FZ-LLC.

DualDesk and Animal Analytics are completely independent and are not affiliated with, authorized, maintained, sponsored, or endorsed by WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., Telegram FZ-LLC, or any of their affiliates or subsidiaries.

4. Security & Physical Privacy PIN Lock

The built-in Golden SOS Privacy Shield and 4-digit PIN lock are physical visual privacy features that black out application windows and prevent unauthorized viewing on your local physical monitor.

Your 4-digit PIN is stored locally in your computer’s encrypted local storage. Animal Analytics has zero access to your PIN and cannot recover forgotten PINs (users must utilize the local workspace reset feature if a PIN is forgotten).

5. License Keys, Activations & Refunds

Each DualDesk license key grants activation on up to 2 Windows PC workstations simultaneously. Payments are securely processed via Razorpay.

License keys are delivered instantly on-screen upon checkout completion and emailed to your delivery address. Users can self-serve restore or transfer their license key anytime by entering their registered email address.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

DualDesk is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Under no circumstances shall the developer of DualDesk or Animal Analytics be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
